What are my Ambassador Program Benefits?

We are happy to extend the following benefits to our Ambassadors:

• A unique affiliate code to share with your customers for 10% off qualifying Bird Bam Tiles products
• 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using your code
• A 20% Ambassador discount code on your required Starter Kit
• A 20% personal-use discount code on most products (excluding sale items)

Do I need to purchase a starter kit? 

Yes! As part of activating your Bird Bam Tiles Ambassador program, we require all ambassadors to purchase their starter kit within 14 days of acceptance.

As an Ambassador, you'll receive a one-time 20% off ambassador code to purchase the required kit.

A starter kit consists of our Sweet Carolina Tiles, Sweet Carolina Mat, and Set of 2 Shuffler Cards.

 

When does my affiliate discount become active? 

Your affiliate discount will be established once you've added all necessary details to your Ambassador Dashboard and have purchased your Starter Kit. Until then, your account will remain in pending status.

Do past purchases count toward the starter kit requirement? 

Unfortunately, no. The starter kit must be purchased after enrollment using a unique starter kit code.

Do affiliates receive a discount? 

Yes! Affiliates receive 20% off their starter kit purchase and 20% off all products excluding sale items. 

How do commissions work? 

Customers who use an Ambassador code receive 10% off their order; Ambassadors earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases (excluding sale items).

Can affiliate codes be combined with other promotions? 

No. Discounts cannot be stacked; sale items are excluded.

How will my commissions be paid?

Commissions are paid via direct deposit to the bank account added to your Ambassador Dashboard.

Your financial information is protected through Stripe, a trusted leader in payment security — the same technology used by millions of businesses worldwide. Bird Bam Tiles never sees, stores, or has access to your personal banking data. Your information stays between you and Stripe, always.

 

How frequently will my commissions be paid?

Commissions are paid on a quarterly basis and when earnings for the commission period exceed $50.

Can I have both a wholesale account and an affiliate account? 

No. Individuals are able to maintain one account type at any given time. If you currently maintain a wholesale account, you cannot also participate in the Ambassador program. Similarly, if you are a Bird Bam Tile Ambassador, you cannot also maintain a wholesale account. You may request to change account types at any time.
