Thank you for shopping with Bird Bam Tiles. We take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with care, packaged beautifully, and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for important information regarding processing times, delivery, and pre-orders.
1. Order Processing
All in-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated automatically based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $300 USD (within the continental United States).
- All other shipping rates are displayed at checkout before purchase.
- We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and may vary depending on location and service level selected.
Once an order has shipped, Bird Bam Tiles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are subject to different timelines. Estimated arrival dates will be listed on the product page.
Please note that these are approximate dates only and may change due to production or shipping delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery may occur after the estimated window and agree to these terms prior to purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow its progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once a label has been created.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Bird Bam Tiles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@birdbamtiles.com.
- Provide clear photos and order details.
Approved cases will receive a return label and further instructions.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
We cannot reroute packages or modify shipping addresses once orders have been processed.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Bird Bam Tiles does not ship internationally. We hope to expand our service areas in the future.
