Bird Bam Tiles Ambassador Terms & Conditions 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Bird Bam Tiles Ambassador Program! We’re so thrilled to have you join us!

By participating in this program, you (the “Ambassador”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Bird Bam Tiles (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). Please read through everything carefully. If you have any questions, just reach out. We’re always happy to chat!

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Bird Bam Tiles Ambassador Program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have an active, public social media presence on at least one platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or a blog) as a Mahjong Teacher, Influencer/Content Creator, or Mahjong Player
• Have a genuine passion for mahjong and the Bird Bam Tiles brand.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines in your content creation.

3. Account Type Eligibility

Ambassadors may only hold one Bird Bam Tiles account type at a time. Wholesale accounts and Ambassador accounts cannot be combined.

• Wholesale partners are not eligible to participate in the Ambassador program
• Ambassador discounts may not be used for resale, client purchases, or business inventory
• If an Ambassador chooses to move to a wholesale account, their Ambassador account will be closed

• If a wholesale partner wishes to become an Ambassador, their wholesale account must first be deactivated

 

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to determine program eligibility and account status and may convert accounts to the appropriate program if misuse is identified.

 

4. Ambassador Starter Kit Requirement

All approved Ambassadors must purchase an Ambassador Starter Kit within 14 days of enrollment.

 

Starter Kit includes:

• One Mahjong tile set
• One Mahjong mat

Requirements:

• Must be purchased in one transaction
• Past purchases do not qualify
• Third-party purchases do not qualify
• Must ship to the Ambassador address on file

Ambassador codes remain active only after:

• Starter Kit purchase
• All enrollment requirements completed

5. Ambassador Benefits

• Ambassadors earn 10% commission on eligible products
• Customers receive 10% off eligible products when using an Ambassador Discount Code
• Commissions are paid only on eligible, completed transactions
• Commissions are not paid on wholesale orders, sale items, or gift certificates

 

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to modify commission structures, product eligibility, or program terms at any time. We will provide written notice at least 14 days prior to changes taking effect. 

 

6. Commissions

6a. Commission Tracking

 

Ambassador commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase using the Ambassador’s unique discount code at checkout.

• Orders must be attributed through the Ambassador tracking platform at the time of purchase
• Sales cannot be retroactively credited if the code or link was not used
• The Ambassador Tracking Platform is the final authority for commission attribution

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to review and approve all referrals before commissions are finalized.

6b. Commission Payments

 

Commissions are paid quarterly via Direct Bank Deposit through our Ambassador Tracking Platform once all program requirements have been met. 

• A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout. Balances below this amount will roll over to the following quarter.
• Commissions are paid only on completed and fulfilled orders. 
• Orders must be delivered and cleared of returns, refunds, or cancellations before commissions become eligible for payout. 
• Transactions completed near the end of a payout period may be included in the following payout cycle.

 

The Ambassador dashboard reflects approved commission balances and payout eligibility. 

Any commission discrepancies must be reported to ambassador@birdbamtiles.com within 30 days of payout. After this period, commissions are considered final.

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to adjust payout policies as the program evolves.

6c. Commission Eligibility

 

Ambassador commissions are not available on:

• Wholesale orders
• Sale items or promotional products
• Gift certificates
• Orders using other promotional discounts

If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed.

Ambassadors may not earn commission on purchases made for their own use. This includes orders placed using the Ambassador’s own email, payment method, shipping address, or household members. Any such commissions may be reversed at Bird Bam Tiles’s discretion.

 

7. Use of Discount Code

Ambassador discount codes may not be combined with store credit, promotional codes, or any other offers unless permitted by Bird Bam Tiles. Only one discount may be used per order.

8. Product Gifting

Bird Bam Tiles does not offer free products or gifted collaborations as part of the Ambassador program.

 

9. Ambassador Personal Discount

• Approved Ambassadors receive 20% off personal purchases (excluding sale items)
• Ambassador’s Personal Discount code may not be shared publicly
• Ambassadors do not earn commission on personal purchases
• Ambassador’s Personal Discount code may not be used for resale or transfer to another buyer
• Products purchased using Ambassador discounts are intended for personal use only
• Products purchased using Ambassador discounts are considered final sale except in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported by the original purchaser.
• Sale items are not eligible.

 

Products purchased using an Ambassador’s Personal Discount code may not be sold on:

• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay
• Etsy
• Facebook Marketplace or similar online platforms

Products are intended for personal use, demonstration, or promotion only.

 

10. Intellectual Property

Bird Bam Tiles grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks, logos, and brand assets solely for the purpose of fulfilling your ambassador duties under this Agreement.

Ambassadors may not:

• Register domains containing Bird Bam Tiles
• Use trademarks in social handles or emails
• Misrepresent the brand

All usage must follow Bird Bam Tiles brand guidelines.

By creating content featuring Bird Bam Tiles products, you grant Bird Bam Tiles a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to repost, share, and use your content across its marketing channels (with credit to you, of course!). You retain ownership of your original content.

You may not use Bird Bam Tiles branding, trademarks, or intellectual property outside the scope of this Agreement without prior written consent.

11. Program Participation & Termination

This Agreement begins on the date you accept these terms and continues until terminated by either party. 

11.1 Termination by Either Party

Either you or Bird Bam Tiles may terminate this Agreement at any time with 14 days written notice.

11.2 Immediate Termination

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you:

• Violate any terms of this Agreement.
• Engage in conduct that is harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or damaging to the Bird Bam Tiles brand.
• Misuse Bird Bam Tiles brand assets
• Misrepresent your relationship with Bird Bam Tiles or make false product claims.
• Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with violations of program policies.

11.3 Upon Termination

Upon termination, you agree to:

• Immediately cease use of Bird Bam Tiles branding and ambassador-related content.
• Remove any content that explicitly promotes an ongoing ambassador relationship with Bird Bam Tiles.

12. Code of Conduct

We want our ambassador community to be a welcoming, inclusive, and positive space for all mahjong lovers. As an Ambassador, you agree to:

• Treat all community members, customers, and fellow ambassadors with respect and kindness.
• Avoid sharing content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Not engage in spamming, misleading promotions, or deceptive practices.
• Uphold the spirit of fair play — at and away from the mahjong table!

13. Limitation of Liability

Bird Bam Tiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Ambassador Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of commissions paid to you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

 

14. Inactive Accounts

Ambassador accounts that remain inactive for 12 months or fail to meet program requirements may be deactivated at Bird Bam Tiles’s discretion.

 

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of North Carolina.

 

16. Modifications to These Terms

Bird Bam Tiles reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We’ll always give you a heads-up with at least 14 days’ written notice before any changes take effect. Continued participation in the program after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
