At Bird Bam Tiles, every product is thoughtfully crafted and packaged with care. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns Eligibility

Because our products are limited edition and often made to order, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or normal variations in handmade craftsmanship.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To help us assist you promptly:

• Email info@birdbamtiles.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions for your replacement or refund.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Order & Limited Collection Items

Pre-order and special collection items are crafted especially for you and are non-refundable once production begins.

If your pre-order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with priority handling.

Gift Returns

If you received a Bird Bam Tiles product as a gift and it arrived damaged or incorrect, we are happy to arrange an exchange or replacement. Proof of purchase or gift order details will be required.

Quality Disclaimer

Each Bird Bam Tiles product is uniquely designed and may feature slight color or pattern variations due to lighting, materials, or craftsmanship. These subtle differences are part of the charm and not considered defects.
